1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Please do not send your purchase back without a return authorization.

 3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 4. Exchanges

- For size exchanges, please initiate a return for the item you have and place a new order for the correct size.

 5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless they are defective or damaged)
- Customized or personalized products

 7. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
